PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate object linking method and device capable of easily preparing an executable object having minimum size, and to provide a storage medium in which a connection program is recorded. SOLUTION: A linking order preparation part 11 allows a linker starting part 12 to start up a linker 17 on the basis of linking order prepared by applying genetic algorithm or the like and prepares an executable object 18. A comparing part 13 compares the program size of the prepared executable object 18 with the minimum value stored in a storage part 14, and when the program size is smaller than the minimum value, a storage part 14 stores the program size and the minimum value and stores the connection order also. Since a repeating part 15 repeats a series of processes, the linking order minimizing the program order can be efficiently obtained without requiring manual operation.
