PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a terminal low in price and high in processing speed. SOLUTION: A main program code to be used for the control of the terminal by a CPU 11 is stored in a low-speed ROM 14 being an inexpensive NAND type flash memory. In the case of executing initialization at the time of turning on a power supply in order to speed up even processing, a transfer program stored in a ROM 12 transfers a program from the ROM 14 to an execution RAM 13 being a high-speed volatile memory such as an SRAM, and at the occurrence of an event, the CPU 11 executes the program stored in the RAM 13.
