摘要 Provided is a system for managing underground facilities using star topology, comprising a measuring unit including sensor nodes which are individually mounted in multiple underground facilities to collect measuring information, and a communications node to wirely or wirelessly transmit the measuring information obtained by the sensor nodes; a sensor mediation unit to control power and a communications of the measuring unit and transmit, to a relay unit, the measuring information measured by the measuring unit; the relay unit to transmit, to a data receiving unit, the measuring information transmitted from the sensor mediation unit; and a control unit including the data receiving unit to receive the measuring information obtained by each of the sensor nodes of the measuring unit through the wireless or wired communications, and an integrated control unit to analyze and supply the calculated and processed information of the measuring information transmitted from the data receiving unit. The sensor mediation unit includes each of the sensor nodes of the measuring unit and star topology, regularly identifies failure detection in the power and the communications of each of the sensor nodes of the measuring unit, and induces switching of the power and the communications of each of the sensor nodes of the measuring unit when the failure is detected.
