PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a closing sound generated at drain valve closing time of drain finishing time of a toilet bowl cleaning tank. SOLUTION: A wash water tank 10 is composed of a resin inner tank 14 functioning as a water storage tank and a ceramic outer tank 12, and a cushioning material 16 is sandwiched between the inner tank 14 and the outer tank 12 to damp vibration of the inner tank 14 generated when closing drain valves 44 and 45 at tank drain finishing time.
