PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a bumper side to improve an installing property and a mounting property of a clip to mount a bumper. SOLUTION: A slit 5a is formed on a superposing flap 5 against a front bumper 2 of a fender panel 3 of an automobile. An elliptic shaft 10 of the clip 6 to hold the front bumper is fitted in this slit 5a part. The major axial direction of the elliptic shaft 10 of the clip 6 and a flat part 7a formed on a holding plate 7 of the clip 6 are formed in parallel with each other. Consequently, it is possible to know a direction of the elliptic shaft 10 by a direction of the flat part 7a when installing the clip 6 in the slit 5a and to easily mount the clip 6.
