PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion efficiency of hair cosmetics to the roots of the hair when applying the hair cosmetics to a brush and coating the hair with the cosmetics by combing the hair, thereby improving the adhesion efficiency over the entire part of the hair. SOLUTION: Inner flanks 3c1 of comb teeth 3c erected at both side edges of a base 2 of the brush 1A for the hair act as resistance walls when the hair cosmetics 5 are applied to the hair by the brush 1A for the hair. Central parts of the outer flanks 3c2 of the comb teeth 3c protrude in the outer direction of the base 2 at a cut plane parallel to the main surface p of the base 2.
