PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Tskune Manju (mashed chicken or fish meat ball stuffed with a sweet Miso thick jam) that can be conveniently served without unpleasant smoke because the sauce for Tsukune is stuffed inside the meat ball, even when it is baked in a fry pan or an oven toaster, although the conventional Tsukune has the jam coated on its outer surfaces and the jam is burned to emit heavy smoke inconveniently, when it is heated again in the kitchen. SOLUTION: (A) The jam to be stuffed in the mashed meat ball is prepared by blending Miso, sugar, walnut, gelatin and the like and the main body (1) of the mixed thick jam is directly heated on the surface until a scorched pattern is formed thereon and then wrapped with the raw dough of the mashed meat for Tsukune. (B) According to this invention, the Miso jam (1) is not directly exposed to the heater and no smoke emits, when it is cooked. (C) The Miso (1) as a main component, in the jam can be exchanged with various kinds locally produced according to the sales territories and/or to personal preference. |
