PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation type opening device capable of correctly and efficiently expanding and opening objective aggregate fibers, and manufacturing an fiber-opened product of high quality. SOLUTION: A filler abutting in the sectional direction is arranged on an upper surface of a deflection part of the aggregate fibers passing through a suction air passage, the movement of the vertically moving filler by the fluctuation of the deflection part floating/sinking the suction air flow is detected by a feed controller, and set to be within the predetermined consistent range by controlling the rotational speed of a front feeder or a back feeder. Even when the thickness of the objective aggregate fibers is dispersant, the fibers are fluffy, and the aggregate fibers moving in the suction air passage are tilted, the filler demonstrates the function of suppression from the upper surface, and thus, the deflection level can be correctly controlled with the consistent attitude of the aggregate fibers.
