<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the elution of hexavalent Cr and F from stainless steel reduction slag and to allow resource recovery thereof to subbase course materials, civil engineering materials or cement raw materials, or the like. SOLUTION: (1) The slag component is regulated to be made into Claim 1 or Claim 2. (2) The slag composition is controlled by a method of regulating the amount of a deoxidizing agent and a slag forming agent to be fed in a refining reduction period or a method for feeding a material containing insufficient components after refining reduction. (3) Brick waste materials which are industrial wastes are effectively utilized as flux materials for regulating the slag composition.</p> |
