PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a driving circuit-integrated type liquid crystal display element whose panel frame size is suppressed to the minimum while holding high display quality and also whose power consumption is low in a driving circuit- integrated type liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: In this display element, a horizontal scanning circuit is made to be blocks of a number equivalent to the number of the division of data lines and data signals are inputted independently for every block.
