SOLUTION: A parking lot site grasps parking lot information such as the degree of vacancy of the parking space of each parking lot and the operating rate per unit time thereof in real time or at intervals of a prescribed time, and displays the parking lot information on the portable terminal A when the occupant of the vehicle makes an access to a parking lot side server (grasping means) E possessed in common by a plurality of parking lots from the portable terminal A equipped with GPS function or position confirming function through Internet.
