PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe laser device with a distance measuring means which can move an objective based on result measured by the distance measuring means. SOLUTION: The pipe laser device comprises a light receiving means, an alignment means, the distance measuring means, an adjustment means for the irradiation optical system, and a display means. The light receiving means receives reflective light from the object. The alignment means brings the pipe laser device into alignment with the object based on a light receiving signal of the light receiving means. The distance measuring means calculates distance to the object based on the light receiving signal. The adjustment means for the application optical system focuses the laser beam to the object by adjusting the irradiation optical system based on information of distance calculated by the distance measuring means. The display means displays the distance calculated by the distance measuring means.
