PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device, capable of automatically correcting a contact state, even when an electrostatic charging member is shifted in the peripheral direction of a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: This image-forming device is provided with the photoreceptor drum 1, and an electrostatic charging roller (statically charging member) 2 for making the photoreceptor drum 1 charged, and moreover, a bearing 3 mounted, at least on one end part 2a on the charging roller 2, for rotatably supporting the charging roller 2 in the direction intersecting the shaft direction of the photoreceptor drum 1 (peripheral direction of photoreceptor drum 1).
