PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device that can accurately control the falling speed of a cylinder. SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device has a cylinder 3 pressure chamber 3a in which a load pressure generates, a control valve 2 connected to the pressure chamber 3a, a pilot check valve 5 connected between the pressure chamber 3a and the control valve 2, and a selector 8 that is connected to the backpressure chamber 6 of a pilot check valve 5 via a pilot passage 7. Furthermore, the downstream of the selector 8 is connected to the passage 17 that connects between the pilot check valve 5 and the control valve 2.
