PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of repairing circular tunnel internal surface concrete with high strength. SOLUTION: A surface lining reinforcing plate is applied to a concrete surface part requiring urgent reinforcing measures, with a plurality of rods (round bars) 14 formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, as support holders. A pressure sensitive adhesive 13 is stuck to the lining plate stuck to an applied surface, along the outer periphery of the plate, and the plate itself is stuck to concrete prior to mounting the support rods.
