PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certification method of immuno-function of a mammal. SOLUTION: This certification method of the immuno-function of the mammal is characterized by measuring the ratio of the number of cells in a cell group having low manifestation intensity of a T-cell antigen acceptorζ-chain in a CD4 positive T-cell group separated from the mammal to be tested, or by measuring the ratio of the number of cells in a cell group manifesting a T-cell antigen acceptor FcR-chain in the cell group.
