METHOD FOR MAKING BOARD FOR MARKER PEN WITH LAMINATED NON-CRYSTALLINE THERMO-FUSIBLE POLYESTER FILM

PURPOSE: A method for making board for marker pen with laminated non-crystalline thermo-fusible polyester film is provided to overcome harm by chalk dust and to accomplish shortening of manufacturing operation stages and improvement of the operation yield, as well as to reduce manufacturing expenses of the board. CONSTITUTION: In the process, primer coating(4) of white or green series which contains high molecular linear polyester resin as a major resin and melamine resin as a crosslinking resin is roll-coated over a known chromated metallic plate(1), or plating layer if plating layer is formed, by continuous coating line. The metallic plate(1) which was roll-coated the primer coating(4) is then heated and dried at PMT(peak metal temperature) of 160-230 deg.C. And then, non-crystalline thermo-fusible polyester film(8), which comprises polyurethane as a major resin and blend of BMA(butyl meta acrylate) based acryl resin and vinyl resin as a minor resin, is simply rolling-pressed and then adhered together without using adhesive.
