<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that reserves medical services of a diagnosis and treatment, informs a reservation schedule, and also offers a method for reducing a patient waiting time in a hospital. SOLUTION: The system has a communication line 100, a user terminal 10 connected to the communication line, a hospital terminal 30, and a hospital server 20. The system collates each appointment of the diagnosis and the treatment registered in the hospital server 20 with a timer embedded in the system. It sends messages about the diagnosis and the treatment to the user terminal for the reserved patient whose appointment time matches with the pre-set time given by the timer so that the messages arrive at the terminal ahead of the time for the hospital to start the diagnosis and the treatment.</p> |
