PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically compose a cluster of computing environment. SOLUTION: The system includes a system registry providing a global data storage region, a composing manager which locally stores data on the node of clustered environment and stores the data globally in the system registry, an active component for providing the situation of communication path of a cluster, a group service component for providing service to one of the clustered environment or a plurality of other components, and resource management components for communicating with one of the clustered environment or a plurality of resource controllers. Each component has one or a plurality of data dependency relationship with regard to one of the environment or a plurality of other components, a function dependency relationship, or both of them. The relationship between components is created so that data and function dependency relationship forms a non-period graph (circulation about dependency relationship is evaded).
