PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device for a small load as a subject, which is suitable for heating a local part, and capable of securing fuel output, and in which a circuit can be protected surely. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a work coil 3, and a drive circuit, including an inverter circuit to supply a high-frequency current to the work coil 3, the work coil 3 is brought to be close to a metal conductor 23 included in a subject 21 to be heated, and the metal conductor 23 is heated by high-frequency flux generated from the work coil 3, so that an object is fused tightly by fusion of thermoplastic rein in contact with the metal conductor 23. A magnetic body core 2 of magnetic substance comprising a center core 2a, side cores 2b disposed on both sides of the center core 2a, and a connection part 2c is also provided, the work coil 3 is wound around the core 2 of magnetic substance, and high frequency flux generated from the work coil 3 is taken out to the outside from an end part, where the center core 2a and the side part cores 2b are not connected.
