PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency signal transmitting apparatus that can measure a VSWR(voltage standing wave ratio) with high accuracy even when the VSWR changes due to deterioration. SOLUTION: In the high frequency signal transmitter, a circulator 5 is used to output the reflected wave of a transmission signal generated by a high frequency connector 6 to a reflection wave detection circuit 11, which detects the reflected wave while separating it to another path from the path of a traveling wave detected by a directional coupler 3 so as to measure the VSWR with high accuracy without distorting the transmission characteristics of the directional coupler 3.
