PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent opening of a cover body in simple structure. SOLUTION: A key type fixture 4 is mounted free to revolve against a case main body 2 on the other end side of the cover body 1 and a projected body 8 to regulate revolution of the cover body 1 by making contact with the case main body 2 is installed on the fixture 4 free to connect and disconnect so as to maintain a state where the cover body 1 floats from the case main body and faces against the fixture 4.
