PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy supplying system which can reduce risk of occurrence of compensation fee by an energy supplier, risk of impossibility of supplying and energy cost for customers. SOLUTION: A control center 8 obtains rate of gas flow per a hour from a requester for connecting and supplying 5 as a manufacturer of gas and customers 6 as a consignee by meters 3-1, 3-2 with communication devices through a communication means. If the rate of gas flow changes, the control center 8 operates valves 7-1, 7-2, stores or fills excess gas to storing means for gas 4-1, 4-2, purchases excess gas from the requester 5 and resells. |
