PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wideband amplifier circuit, with which voltage resistance is improved, the number of feedback circuits is decreased and the number of chips is reduced to as few as possible. SOLUTION: In this circuit, the amplifier is composed of the FET of a first stage composed of an FET having a grounded source, the FET of a second stage having a grounded gate and the FET of a third stage having a similarly grounded gate; and the feedback circuit is connected between an output terminal, connected to the FET of the third stage and an input terminal connected to the upper FET of the first stage.
