PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shortage of amount of compensation in distortion. SOLUTION: An input signal is phase-converted by a phase inversion circuit 15 and applied to the gate electrode of an FET12. When a voltage Vgs between the gate and source of the FET12 is reduced, a differential resistance Rds of the FET12 is increased; at the same time, even if a voltage Vds between the drain and source of the FET12 is increased, the differential resistance Rds of the FET12 is increased. Mores specifically, when the input signal from a signal source 2 is increased, the voltage Vgs is decreased, and at the same time, the voltage Vds is increased with the differential resistance Rds changing by a large amount, thus preventing shortage of the compensation amount in distortion.
