PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy means to adjust the tension or the vibration frequency of the wire to the value required. SOLUTION: A wire 210 is inserted in-between the second part 222, 234 and the first part 222, 232. The wire 210 is pulled by driving an outer tension adding device 300, 500. Then the tension or the vibration frequency of the wire 210 is detected. A servo controller which is not illustrated here will control output so that the tension or the vibration frequency of the wire 210, which is detected, may correspond to the target value which is set beforehand. This control is being conducted while the screw 228, 229 which fix the plate 224, 234 are loosened, and the tension or the vibration frequency of the wire 210 can be maintained without dropping by tightening the screw 228, 229 after the control is completed. |
