PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform up to an order price demand from customer certification in a computer for performing settlement processing required for an on-line sales, of a commodity or the like. SOLUTION: When receiving a customer certifying request from a store computer, a first key is formed, and is transmitted to a customer terminal. When receiving the first key and the customer certifying information from the customer terminal, justice confirming and certifying processing of the key is performed, and when both processing results are affirmative, a second key is formed, and is transmitted to the store computer together with an order identification number. When receiving the second key, the store certifying information and the order content from the store computer, justice confirming and store certifying processing of the key and customer credit processing are performed, and when the three processing results are affirmative, the order content is registered, and information for indicating order registration is transmitted to the store computer. Afterwards, when receiving an order price demand request from the store computer, sale decision is registered for the order, and order price demand processing is performed. |
