PURPOSE: A method for damping noise of a cutting saw is provided to absorb the cutting noise by injecting a soundproof material constituted of nonferrous metal powder and an adhesive solution and to prevent the fusion of the soundproof material even if the temperature of a cutting saw is increased. CONSTITUTION: A method for damping noise of a cutting saw comprises the steps of processing an iron sheet(14) of a cutting saw(12), forming many through holes(20) on the iron sheet using a laser beam, and injecting a soundproof material(22) constituted of nonferrous metal powder and an adhesive solution mixed at a specific ratio into the through holes. When a structure is cut by the cutting saw, noise is generated by the contact between the structure and the cutting saw. Then, the noise is absorbed in the soundproof material. Cooling water is selectively used depending on the composition of the soundproof material. Even if the temperature of the cutting saw is increased by the frictional heat, the soundproof material is kept cool by the cooling water. Therefore, noise damping effect is maintained.
