SOLUTION: The total prize amount and the winning announcing date decided according to the total of use amount by using credit cards in a specific period by the whole card user members are outputted to plural terminals 101 and 102 via a network 200, and a winner is selected up to the winning announcing date, and the prize amount of the winner is decided on an amount by multiplying the use amount of the winner by prescribed times in a range of the total prize amount, and the winner and a prize amount are stored, and when the card users confirm winning via the plural terminals in a prescribed period from the winning announcing date, a judgment is made on whether or not the winning coincides with information on the stored winner, and when these coincide with each other, the effect of the winning and the prize amount are informed. |
