PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled body of hydraulic motor in which mechanical interferences in the displacement mechanical portion are reliably inhibited. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the assembled body of hydraulic motor (10), having an internal geared part (13), which stipulates the terminal faces of axis in the opposit directions to each other, and an external geared part (20), wherein the teeth of the internal gear are engaged in the order with the teeth of the external gear and the external gear is given inside of the internal geared part (18) and can freely rotates on its axis and to move round the external gear, and a cubic volume room (19) that is formed in the space between the internal gear and external gear. The internal geared part (18) in the displacement mechanical portion is fixed as the relationship of sandwich type with the structural part being located in the position of both sides of axial directions to each other. In the space between a terminal face (25) of the internal geared part (18) and the terminal face of the adjacent structural part, there are given spacers (62, 64 and 72) which form gap spaces. Sizes of axial direction and thickness of the external geared part (20) are substantially identical with those of the internal geared part (18).
