PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a hydrogen manufacturing device used in a fuel battery etc. and to improve heat utilization. SOLUTION: In a device for manufacturing hydrogen in which the mixed gas including gas fuel of a hydrocarbon system, an oxidant and water vapor is reformed, and the reformed gas whose main gas is hydrogen is produced and CO shifting catalyst 7 and CO selective oxidizing catalyst 8 decrease a CO concentration of the reformed gas whose temperature is decreased by being collected into the water, a heating medium in a heating exchanger 11, a drum 15 has a structure of integrated the heating exchanger 11 and a flowing way for the reformed gas, the most inner tube 34 furnished with the catalyst 7 and 8 to keep inner pressure of the drum 15 regular. And the devise has a water vapor supplying tube 42 to supply evaporating vapor in the drum 15 as the vapor of the foresaid mixed gas. |
