<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device for a vehicle which outputs alarms of fine urgency levels, in a report style such that a driver can recognize it. SOLUTION: An emergency level decision part 3 determines the degree (level) of urgency for generating alarm sound according to the state quantity 1 of an automobile, an alarm sound control part 6 selects the alarm pattern corresponding to the determined level out of plural kinds of alarming patterns previously stored in an alarm sound memory 7, and the alarm sound of the selected alarming pattern is outputted from a loudspeaker 8. Each alarming pattern, stored in the alarm sound memory 7, is set so that the alarming pitch and a ratio R of the transition time from the off-state to the on-state and the continuance of the on-state of one time including the transition time are mutually different. A state urgency learning part 5 learns and corrects the reference level used by the emergency level decision part 3 to decide the level in accordance with the state quantity 1 and a manipulated variable 2.</p> |
