PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing composition composed of a glycidyl compound, an amine curing agent, and a new low-viscosity curing accelerator. SOLUTION: This curing composition is composed of a) an epoxy resin, b) the amine curing agent and c) the curing accelerator. This curing accelerator c) contains at least one or more selected from c1) a compound expressed by formula (I), (wherein R1 and R2 are independent each other and denote a hydrocarbon group having 1-12C), c2) a reaction product of the compound of formula (I) and formaldehyde, and c3) the reaction product of the compound of formula (I), formaldehyde and phenol compound, wherein the content of this curing accelerator is 0.1-25 wt.% based on the total of components of a), b) and c).
