PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement which, by cutting off a used part of a coating film transfer tape and discharging it outside a case, needs neither a member to wind up the used part, nor a space to store the used part, and a tape cartridge suitable for such a transfer implement. SOLUTION: A feeding roller 53 is rotatably installed on a sliding plate 55 capable of moving guided by a supporting axis 13 rotatably supporting a coating film tape 75. The feeding roller is pressed against an unused rolled part of the coating film tape 75 by action of a spring 63, holds a used part of the tape tight in between, rotates in conjunction with the tape rotation in use, sends the tape to a second opening 28, and makes it cut by a cutter 3. A tape cartridge 71 is provided with a leading tape mounted at a tip of a tape. The leading tape is formed so as to pass on a tip of a head 35, wind on the tape partially and extend to the second opening.
