PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the energy saving in ventilation at absence, and also to cope with the problems of humidity and dust. SOLUTION: This twenty-four hour basis ventilating system is equipped with a presence/absence switching means which recognizes the presence in a room or the absence within a building, a humidity/dust detection means which is installed in the building, and a controller which controls a ventilation fan to produce a small quantity of air or to be operated intermittently by the absence signal recognized with the presence/absence switching means, and also controls the ventilation fan to stop temporarily, on the basis of signal from the humidity/dust detection means.
