PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform getting-on and down operation between ground and a floor plate while largely securing a frontward visual field during paving working. SOLUTION: Height B from the ground G to the upper face of the floor plate 40 is set in the range of 650 mm<=B<=830 mm and height D from the ground G to the upper face front end 35B of a bonnet 35 is set in the range of 900 mm<=D<=1100 mm. Thereby a worker M can quickly get on and down between the ground G and the floor plate 40 with a step 22 as a scaffold, and the fatigue of the worker M can be relieved during getting-on and down operation. In addition, when the worker M who sits down on a driver seat 38 views frontward, the visual field of the worker M shielded by the upper face front end 35B of the bonnet 35 is suppressed, and the frontward visual field can be secured largely.
