PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain new semiconductor superfine particles binding amino groups capable of linking various chemical structures and having stabilized light absorbing and emitting characteristics by quantum effects of a semiconductor crystal such as water resistance. SOLUTION: The semiconductor superfine particles comprise amino groups bound through 5-40C linking organic residues to the surface of a semiconductor crystal.
