MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYESTER UNDRAWN YARN HAVING LOW CONTRACTION

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of polyester undrawn yarn having excellent thermal safety, at least 80% of elongation, under 10% of contraction in dry heat and excellent dyeing property. CONSTITUTION: The polyester undrawn yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: copolymerizing aromatic polyester comprised of terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol; adding and mixing 100-500ppm of acid type modifier and 100-500ppm of pentaerythritol to produce copolymer; passing through a spinning base having at least 250 of spinning draft; melt-spinning; and then winding 3000-4500m/min. of speed. The acid type modifier is selected from the group containing trimellitic acid, trimesic acid or trimesic anhydride.
