<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air drier adapted so that the easiness of discharge of the condensed moisture from its housings may be ensured and that the degree of freedom of the direction in which it is set in e.g. a vehicle may be heightened. SOLUTION: There is provided an air drier having a first housing 1 having a compressor-side port 11 connected to an external compressor and a second housing 3 having a system-side port 13 connected to an air control system and a desiccant (silica gel 9) with which the housing 1 is packed, wherein a plurality of grooves 1c radiating from the inside opening 11a of the compressor- side port are formed on at least that part of the inside surface of the housing 1 which coincide with the proximity to the compressor side (the inside surface 1b of the bottom of the first housing 1).</p> |
