PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treating device capable of adsorbing and removing toxic substances without power and replacing an adsorbent easily by making waste liquid flow down on inclined flow-down plates installed obliquely. SOLUTION: A plurality of inclined flow-down plates 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D each of which is formed by alternately arranging corrugated valley parts 11 and corrugated crest parts 12 in the direction crossing the waste liquid flowing-down direction are installed so that their inclination directions are different from each other and that the waste liquid supplied from the upper side is made to flow down to the lower sides in order. The corrugated valley parts 11 of the inclined flow-down plates 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D are made to house an adsorbent 2.
