PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic surgical instrument with which a good and faster medical treatment is carried out by annihilating cavitation from the tip of a probe. SOLUTION: A torsional vibration Langevin type vibrator transducer 5 is used as an ultrasonic vibrator transducer of the ultrasonic surgical instrument which consists of the ultrasonic vibrator transducer for generating ultrasonic vibration and the probe 4 for transmitting the ultrasonic vibration, and is constituted to coagulate and incise the tissue by the ultrasonic vibration transmitted by the probe 4.
