PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die facilitating the adjustment of the punching height. SOLUTION: At the usual time, a guide member 43 is set so as not to rotate against a punch driver 35 by means of a locking means 41, however, in the case of adjusting the punching height, the guide member 43 is set so as to be rotatable against the punch driver 35 by making the locking means 41 an unlocking state. And by holding a punch guide 29 integrally rotating together with the punch driver 35 so as not to rotate, and rotating a punch head 55 integrally fitted to the guide member 43, the guide member 43 is rotated against the punch driver 35 to lower the punch driver 35 by the action of a screws 45, 47 provided on the guide member 43 and the punch driver 35, and by lowering a punch body 31 integrally provided together with the punch driver 35, the punching height is made high. Upon completing the adjustment of the punching height, the locking means 41 is made a locking state.
