PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a crab leg meatlike paste product by which the product having texture and appearance considerably close to the genuine crab leg meat can readily be produced in a few steps at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method for producing the crab leg meatlike paste product is characterized by rolling a ground meat sheet 1 having plural rows of cut groove rows 3 obtained by forming cut grooves 2 such as a truncated chevron shape of symmetrized oblique lines at a narrow interval, thereby forming a rodlike body 6 and then cutting the rodlike body 6 to a suitable length and size. |
