PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tub for electromagnetic cooling, by which various cooked foods such as Tofu food, boiled Udon (thick wheat noodles), Yuba (dried bean- cured) food, fried food, simmered food or the like can be eaten while keeping original taste and flavor. SOLUTION: A tub 1 for electromagnetic cooking includes a hollow cylindrical outer pan 2 and an inner pan 3 for heating by electromagnetic induction, and between the outer pan 2 and the inner pan 3 a space 4 is formed as a thermal insulating layer. The tub 1 is used as a tub for cooking of various foods such as the Tofu food, the boiled Udon noodles, the Yuba food, the fried food, the simmered food or the like, while used as a pan for electromagnetic cooking for heating food stuffs in the inner pan 3 by electromagnetic induction. |
