PURPOSE: A method for preparing a fuel oil from waste plastics is provided to effectively recycle waste sources, and this method does not require heating operation of bunker-C oil. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a fuel oil includes the steps of (i) mixing 100 parts by weight of bunker-C oil with 5-60 parts by weight of waste oil that is produced by pyrolysis of waste plastics such as polyolefin and polystyrene to prepare basic oil; (ii) based on the weight of resultant W/O emulsion, adding 0.01-5wt.% of an emulsifier being mainly composed of calcium chloride and caustic soda; and (iii) mixing the prepared basic oil with 5-120 parts by weight of water, based on the weigh of the basic oil to prepare W/O emulsion. |
