PURPOSE: A method for planting waterfront plants(marginal plants) by taking root on a roll formed by coir or the like and fixing a water hammering part by a gabion is provided, which permits the waterfront plants to grow in a stable state for a sufficient period. CONSTITUTION: A gabion(4) is fixed with a pile(6) and constructed on a water hammering part(3). The pile is extended upwardly and a planting roll(1) of coir is fixed to the extended pile. Waterfront plants are planted on the planting roll. A root is taken for a specified time and the planting roll is then fixed on the upper part of the gabion with a rope(6). |
