The seat reservation system 5 makes reservations for the reserved seat, which is sent from the terminal device 3 and is desired by the user 1, and provides payment information for a system 7 of banking organs or the like and performs charging processing to the user 1. Information of this reserved seat is delivered to a station management device 8 corresponding to the reserved seat and is transmitted to an automatic ticket examination machine 9.
