PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent reflecting sheet usable as the reflecting member of a reflective liquid crystal display combined with a backlight and excellent in designability. SOLUTION: An adhesive-self-adhesive layer 20 containing a dye in such an amount as not to deprive transparency is formed on a reflecting member obtained by successively disposing a transparent oxide layer, a metallic layer and a transparent oxide layer on a rugged layer 40 formed on a polymer film 50 by applying fine particles and a binder in such a way that the weight is adjusted to a specified range.
