The device has a holder arm (2) with several spaced openings (7). A slot at the opening is narrower than the opening diameter and encloses a depression, whose cross-section is the same as that as the opening. A valve (1) has a shaft (3) with a T-shaped head, whose larger cross-section matches that of the opening and the depression and whose smaller cross-section matches that of the slot. A bar (10) is inserted in a rail guide (11) on the back of the holder arm to fix the T-shaped head in the depression.
