The sealing cap (11) has an inner part (14) with a valve arrangement (15). The valve arrangement has a first valve body (17) that is tensioned by a first spring (22) towards the inside of the container against a seat (24) on a second valve body (18), which is pressed against a second seat (32) on the inside of the cap. The valve bodies can be lifted when a threshold pressure inside the radiator is exceeded. A third body (19) is arranged in the second valve body to form a throttle gap (47) between the radiator and the first valve body.
